Working closely with our IT partners to build new offices
Our IT partner engaged CMPLTE to assist with an office move for a boutique law firm of 35 users. CMPLTE was tasked with reusing the customers existing telecom equipment but deliver an all new network in their new space to provide their IT provider with monitoring features, security, performance and scalability. The new location had no internet wiring, no internet provider. There was no fancy IT closet.
CMPLTE quickly jumped to action and our engineers began to survey and design the new location while creating a plan of action to move the existing office.
The close partnership between CMPLTE and the IT provider was critical in ensuring that all the project goals were met. In the end CMPLTE built the entire network room, installed multiple WiFi access points throughout the space and hard-wired every conference room, phone booth and desk.
CMPLTE was able to design the entire office space and install every single wire that was needed to operate the network. Once the wiring was in place our engineers configured all the network equipment per standard operating procedures of our partner to allow the IT team to "do their thing" going forward.
In addition, CMPLTE completely redesigned the call flow of the firm, tagging all the calls and generated detailed reports for the firm without the customer ever having to switch providers.

Most impressive was the very short amount of time there was to get this project installed and working. We finished all the cabling in under a week and moving the equipment was done over the weekend. On Friday night we removed all the phones and any hardware we can salvage. On Saturday morning we installed everything. Sunday was our QA testing and Monday the new office was live. To the customer, it was as seemless as possible.

CMPLTE ran 96 new voice and data cables to locations around the customers new office. These wires powered Sonos Speakers, WiFi, Printers, Security Cameras and door access (keycard) systems.
CMPLTE repurposed all of the clients desk phones and re-configured their existing service provider to finally work properly until the contract expires.

Due to their continued growth and a need to connect employees across numerous sites, it was time to take their business communications to the 21st century. A new phone system was going to replace an outdated, proprietary phone system at each building that did not even have working caller ID and was expensive to manage.
In addition, they were limited in their ability to connect to multiple offices and provide a single place where staff can see the presence of others in the organization. What’s more, the phone system was running on old fashioned copper lines that had constant issues. In order to bring their communications inline with their company values and mission, it was time to deliver a cmplte solution.

Utilizing Existing Infrastructure Thanks to Flexible Deployment
When working with old systems and even worse, old buildings the existing wiring is usually not up to modern standards. Internet connections can also be very sporadic between locations. The entire deployed took less than 10 hours across all 14 properties due to careful planning and design. All wiring was installed before the phone system installation date and any existing wiring that could be reused was tested and marked. The final installation included a number of VoIP landline handsets and mobile applications.

Media Company moves to a unified platform
Our latest customer came to us with a major office overhaul in NYC. Their app is used by 250,000 monthly active users and in more than 5 cities nationwide. As their team expanded from 15 to 30 to 60 in less than 6 months, they quickly outgrew their space.
A simple yet elegant solution was in demand. CMPLTE would provide the features they needed to optimize their business processes, increase sales, and integrate with their Zendesk CRM. With over 75 employees when CMPLTE was engaged, a seamless and pain-free implementation was needed. A new communications platform was crucial in order to guarantee success.

A Modern Solution for a Modern organization
The customer decided to be done away with desk phones and opted for a softphone only approach. This reduced the expense needed to get started and has enabled the company to see significant increases in employee mobility. Employees can access their extension from wherever they are. In addition, the reliability, ease of use, and unified communications features of the apps for Android and iOS have improved staff productivity. The best part was that all the employees were able to quickly and easily adopt the new system with only a few short hours of app training.
For conference areas CMPLTE deployed 8 Zoom rooms each with CMPLTE's custom Zoom kit which enables a real conference phone to control the entire area. Each conference phone is also equipped with VoIP service via CMPLTE.
For their network Cisco Meraki was deployed including the latest in access points to handle the traffic.
For internet CMPLTE was responsible for provisioning new 1GBPS fiber to be run to the building.
The project was completed on-time.
